Drum Teacher Illes Halasz joins extreme metal band 'Fragda'- Earth Elemental Music Video

Known for their unique fusion of modern death metal, deathcore precision, and black metal atmosphere, Fragda has developed a distinctive sound characterized by crushing riffs, cinematic orchesation, and dark themes rooted in Eastern European folklore. The band's approach has earned them recognition for crafting an immersive sonic and visual world that stands apart within the underground metal landscape.

“Earth Elemental” showcases many of the qualities that have become synonymous with Fragda's music: relentless aggression, intricate rhythmic structures, and a haunting atmosphere that balances brutality with cinematic scope. Originally appearing on Glorification of Witchery, the song is one of the album's most powerful compositions, and the new video provides a fitting visual counterpart to its immense sonic weight.

The release also highlights an exciting development for the band's lineup. Fragda now features drummer Illés Halász as a key member of the group. Beyond his work in the Hungarian metal scene, Halász is also a respected drum instructor at IMS Budapest (International Music School Budapest), where he shares his nearly 25 years of drumming experience with students from around the world. His background spans orchestral performance, theater productions, and extreme metal, making him a versatile and dynamic addition to Fragda's ranks.

Since joining the band, Halász has brought his technical precision, power, and musical depth to Fragda's already formidable sound. His contributions help elevate the band's complex arrangements and intense live energy, further strengthening a lineup that draws from some of Hungary's most respected underground metal acts.

With the release of “Earth Elemental,” Fragda continues to push forward creatively, delivering a visual experience that matches the scale and ambition of their music. For fans of blackened deathcore, atmospheric extreme metal, and dark cinematic storytelling, the new video is essential viewing and another strong statement from one of Hungary's most exciting heavy bands.

As Fragda continues to expand its reach, “Earth Elemental” serves as both a showcase of the band's artistic vision and a glimpse into the next chapter of its evolution.
