Illes Halasz

Illes Halasz is a seasoned drum teacher with nearly 25 years of experience behind the drum set. He received his formal education in percussion at the University of Debrecen and further honed his skills at the Buchmann-Mehta School of Music in Tel Aviv.

Throughout his career, Illes has been versatile in his engagements, working with symphonic orchestras, participating in theater productions, and playing in diverse bands. His teaching credentials are equally impressive, having instructed at the Bartók Conservatory of Békéscsaba and various music schools across Hungary since 2013.

Currently, Illes is the dynamic drummer for the extreme metal band, From The Sky, where he continues to push the boundaries of his craft.
