Gabor Irmalos

Gabor Irmalos, a dynamic drum teacher at our school, brings a diverse range of musical styles to his drumset performances, including rock, progressive rock, and Latin. With over 15 years of experience both teaching and playing in New Zealand, Gabor has developed a rich musical expertise that extends beyond the drumset to other percussion instruments like the Cajon and Djembe.

His career has seen him perform in varied and exciting venues, from theaters to circuses, showcasing his versatility and adaptability. Gabor is dedicated to sharing his vast international experience and unique musical insights with his students at IDS, enriching their learning journey with his broad expertise.
